"Right now at this moment, this is it; there is no other life outside of our present experience. We’ve got to embrace and flow in this moment and understand that’s what it is, “a moment” not our complete life. However during that moment, that’s what it feels like. Whether we are experiencing wealth, hurt, confusion, joy, fear, love…. the list goes on; they are all moments that shape our life. Once we embrace the idea that that moment, at that time, is our life we will know exactly what to do. We may stay within that moment and die or we can chose to learn, grow and realize this is it, there is no other moment outside of this one. Oh yeah, this is life baby. Let’s grow!"
