If we choose not to take the time to evaluate ourselves and capture the true sense of which we are; we lose who we are. We begin to fall pray to what others and the world expects of us. Self evaluation and self love assures our valued place in this world. We must commit to the duty that it is our responsibility to do what is best for us, not someone else. There is something called the "universal flow", once we operate in this flow, self-love, universal love, things fall into place; not only within ourselves but the people we surround ourselves with.
